HIS Presence Is the Sweetest
"Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For HE HIMSELF has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." Hebrews 13:5 (NKJV) Sometimes, I forget just how precious and all-fulfilling GOD’s Presence truly is. I love it when GOD gently shifts my perspective and I realize that I don’t want anything at all but HIM—HIS Presence. I encourage everyone who reads this to seek GOD’s face and ask HIM to tangibly show HIMSELF to you. HE promised that if we seek HIM with all of our heart, we will find HIM (Jeremiah 29:13). HE also promised that HE will never leave or forsake us. HE is always with us. How amazing is that? Truly—what more could we want? Imagine HIM holding your hand. Imagine resting your head on HIS shoulder. Imagine HIM placing HIS hand on your forehead or cheek with such tenderness, compassion, and love. Imagine HIM carrying you.
