Be Bold. Be Ready. Stand for JESUS.

What I saw in Charlie Kirk was someone with a deep conviction to share the gospel and stand firmly for what he believed in. He found a way to do that—respectfully and boldly. He exercised his rights with kindness and grace. What happened to him is beyond heartbreaking. Momentum Starts with You!

Just wanted to take a few minutes to talk about Momentum and how important it is to have! This might be basic for some, but just in case you need the reminder—here it is! Most of us have experienced times where we’ve felt stuck. No matter how hard we try, we just can’t seem to move forward. So, what can you do when nothing seems to be working? Of course, go through your checklist—those steps are often necessary. But if you’ve done all the “right” things and still feel like you haven’t moved an inch... then do exactly that: Move! Whether it’s from the couch to the door, the living room to the backyard, or a walk outside—just physically move. Go to a coffee shop, get on the treadmill, step into a new space. The act of going is often what gets you unstuck . Even if your mind feels stuck on repeat, physical movement can actually change your brain’s neurological pathways. (I heard that on a podcast.)
